TeachCrest Ltd acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent placements and as an Employment Business in relation to supply and temporary placements, as defined by the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
Our fee for a successful permanent placement is 12 to 18 percent of the candidate's first year gross salary, depending on the role level. A minimum fee applies.
We charge a daily or weekly rate agreed at the point of booking. All rates are confirmed in writing before any placement commences. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate.
Supply invoices are issued weekly in arrears and payable within 14 days. Permanent placement fees are invoiced on the candidate's start date and payable within 30 days.
TeachCrest Ltd operates in full compliance with KCSiE 2025. Schools remain responsible for maintaining their own Single Central Record.
